Addinoton Stock Mabkct. entries at Addington were 2300 fat iheep, 1600 fat lambi. 8500 store sheep, 371 oattle, and _81 pigs. Fat Oattle— l6s head, ind-ding a few line, of really mod steers, yarded. Bidding showed more animation, and theniwaa an improvement of 6s per head for better sorts. Fat Sheep — The yarding inoluded some prime wethers, and a better olass of ewes than of late, and bidding was brisk. Freezera more than held their own, and for good ewes a rise of Is to Is 6d per head occurred. Extra heavy wethers brought 19s to 21s 6d, freezers 16s to 18s 6d, lighter down to 15s, extra prime heavy ewes 16s to 18s Id, prime 13s to 14s 6d, medium Us 6d to 12s 6d, inferior down to 9s, merino wethers 11s 3d to 15s. Fat Lambs — The entrjr,- including a number of very good quality, was eagerly sought lifter for export, and there, was a slight improvement in prioes for this class. Best brought l9i 6d to 14s lOd, others 11b 6d to 12s, shorn 11b tfd to 12s. Pigs— There was a better demand £or all claM*. Quotations : Baconers from 30s to 355, eqaal to Bfd to 3d par lb, porkers 24s to 30s, equal to 3Jd to 4d, store! 12s to 23» 6d, taoktin «ad weaners 3b 6d to 10s.
