A vrEDnixa that attracted a good rte.il of interest (writes a West Coast correspondent), took pL.ce at Ahaura th:s week, the contracting parties being Miss Maggie Molonuy, of Orwell Creek, and Mr. Thomas Dillon, of Paroa. The bride was given away by her father, Mr. Martin Maloney, the chief bridesmaid being Miss Katie Maloney, and Mr. John O Donne] 1, cousin of the bridegroom, acting as best man. The pro I . ty little Ahaura church was crowded with the friends of the bridegroom, nnd as the happy couple left the church to the strains of the wedding march (IVh.ss Guugh presiding at the organ) showers of rice and other mibsiles were hurled iv the happy orthodox style.
