A NEW COMPETITION FOR OUR YOUNG READERS.

1. Three book prizes will by given to the three smartest joung readers under 16 years, who locate the greatest number of the sentences wbicb will appear in four issues of ihe N. Z. TABLKT— September 11th, 18th, 25th and October 2. 2. Competitors must mention th 3 PAGE, COLUMN AND NUMBER OF LINE in wbicb each sentence occurs. 3. Illustration : The sentence in issue of last week "We shall both prty for you," is four.d on page 23, column 2, line 35. 4. Competitors must cut out coupon headed " Tax Competition Coupon, " and forwarded wuh norn de plume on face of coupon, and name, Rge and address in scaled envelope — the latter to be opened by •ditor after *' T*x " gives the award. 5 Should more thai three competitors successfully locate all the senttnctH, the writing of the competitors will be taken into account.
