The annual report of the Warner's Safe Care Company for the year ending July 31, 1895, shows £32,078 Is 3d available for dividends. This report is certainly satisfactory, and shows that the oldtime prosperity of the Safe Cure bnsiness is rapidly returning under the management of the English Board of Directors No doubt both the Australasian trade and the publishers will be pleased to 'learn that the Australian Branch will now receive special attention under the management of Mr H. W. Calkinp, who was previouely assDciated for nearly four years with the introduction of this business in Australia and whose experience has been ripened since tbat time by having charge of the advertising department of this ompany in Great Britain.
