Mkssbs Edttabd Thomas & Co., wool, Bheppskln and rabbitskin merchants and exporters, Bond s'reet, Dunedin, report as fallows :—: — Our anticipations concerning the London market hive proved correct, prices there having advanced. This improvement has already been fully discounted for, conseqaontly there ia little change in the local market, which, however, remains very firm at tbe prices quoted by us last week. We have placed another large line by cable, and are in a position to retnrn very full prices to consignors. " Sheepskins suitable for exports have advanced in sympathy with better news from London. Dead skins are less sought after. Horsehair, 13d to 13£ d. Beeswax, Is.
