A FAVOUR OF OUR QUEEN.

Mr f'ATuiCK Farhen, of Naples, Santa Barbara 00. Cal., writes as follows to the Aye Maria :— Last November I was the recipient of a great favour, whici I fael 1 ought to make public through Oar Lady's magazine, since it was through her aid I obtained it. I had suffered trom a severe rapture for twenty-three years and tea mouths, being obliged to wear a truss and be bound with straps and steel ban^s. During the last ten months I was confined to my bed most of the time, and had to be moved about lika an infant. The doo'ors said that nothing but a surgical operation could help me, and even that might fail to give relief. Having obtained a small vial of the Wa'er of Lourdes, I aoplied a few drops of it, at the same time praying to the Bl ssed Virgin On the filth day of the novena I wag perfectly cured. I could run about, ko up and down scars without any pair, and without truss or other suppjrts, and as quickly us if I were only twenty years of ace although now past fifty. I called to see the physician about a month after my recovery. He examined, ma and said 1 wns peifectly cured, and inquired about the Water. I explained all to him, and he said it was truly a great miracle. The rupture measured three inches each way ; it grew together by touching it wLh a little of the Water. My wife, my sons, and my neighb -ura of twelve years all know my late condition, and can testify that now lam perfectly well. I recommend all to love and honour the Mother of God, and to have great faita in the Water of Lourdes, by which I have been fully restored to the health and strength of youth. I am ready to prove all I say to anyone who may wish to question me. Praise and thanks to the Immaculate Mother of God I
