WELLINGTON.

February 2. 1895. On Thursday morning at St Mary's of the Angela Wellington, the very happy maniage ceremony of a popular young couple waa celebrated by t! c Rev Father G g/an. The contrac'ing parties were Mr C. O'Driscoll, eldest son of the late Mr O'Driscol!, Napier, and Miss Nora Bohan, eldest daughter of Mr M. Bjhan, Wellington, and formerly of the West Coast. The ceremony included the Nuptial MasF, and a number of friends were present in the church during; the celeVaii >n. The bride, who was given away hy her father, wore a brown dress, 'rimmed with black laeo, and hat 10 match, and earned a fantastic shower bouquet. Misses M. Boh up, Plater of the bride, and Maggie O'Drisooll were the bridesmaids After thrir marriage Mr find Mrs O'Driscoll received the congratula'ions of the crowd of friends who had assembled at the church. In the eveni g the newly-married coupe left by the Tasmania on a trip to Sydney, via Auckland. Quite another crowd of well-wishers were present at the wharf to see them away and the bride, in a very huidsoms travelling costume, looked decidedly pretty and happy. Mr and Mrs O'Driscoll will return to reside in Welliogton in the midst of their numerous friends.

He was thoroughly steeped in the selfish frivolity of his time and hie tastes were mtirely aristocratic.
