Messrs. Weight, Stephenbon and Co. report aa follows :—: — Oar sale to-day was mucb larger than we have bad for some time. but, unfortunately, owing to laces being held at Tahona Park and the agricultural show at Portobello, the attendance of buyers was not so large as could have been desired. The demand was chiefly for draught horses, which were taken up bath by town aiid country buyers. Inferior hacks and harness horses were again at a discount, very few of those offered changing hands.
