The London Drapery Company, George Street, Dunedin, advertise the reception of a choice and extensive stock of velveteens and millinery plashes. Ladies will find their tastes consulted for in the most satisfactory manner, and will have an opportunity of selecting from a large and varied assortment of colours. The San Francisco Post says :—": — " The Queen of England sent for the controller of her household to come over to her — Bhe was at the Isle of Wight— and tell her all about the dynamite disaster, 24 hours after it bad occurred.
