The guardians of theKilmallock union have resolved to build over 600 labourers' cottages, and have directed Mr. John Carroll to form a scheme and prepare maps and plans. It is reported that owing to the appointment of Mr. Robert O'Brien, of Oldchurch, near Limerick, as agent for the Cloncurry estates, there is a prospect of an arrangement being come to between Lord Clonclurry and his tenantry.
