The funeral of the last survivor of the 800 tenants' who were evicted from Lord Dumandle's property in 1846 -was made the occasion for a great demonstration in the Lougbrea district on Oct. 13 The deceased was summoned at the late State trials by Mr. ParneH to narrate 60 years' experience of evictions oh the Dunsandle property. A band attended and played the remains to the grave. - Bisbop Sigistaund Rovacz • has issued a circular letter to the clergy of his diocese, in which be directs them . to admonish the populace from the pulpit to keep aloof from the .anti-Jewish agitation, because the Christian religion teaches love and toleration , and condemns all persecution,
