that petitions on the subject of. education will be sent up by Catholics from every district in the country, and these will be confided for presentation to the members for the various constituencies. Amongst other good effects to be hoped for from this mode of proceeding, Catholics will be enabled to ascertain who are such enemies of justice as to even refuse to present their petitions, or such tyrants as to endeavour to stifle all expression of opinion on their part.
