A ceremony very seldom witnessed in London took place at the Italian church in Hatton Garden yesterday afternoon. The Eight Bey. Dr. Weathers, Bishop of Amycla, installed Mr. C. J. CassiaDi, F.R.G.S., as a knight of the Holy Sepulchre, an order which, from ita foundation in the days of Charlemagne down to the piesent time, has always enjoyed the special favour of the Holy See. The ceremony of installation was very impressive, and was witnessed by a large congregation. The postulant woie a uniform of cream colour, heavily embroidered with gold lace, and a small diess sword. At the conclusion of the religious seivice, and after the candidate bad taken the oaths, the bishop pinned on his left bieast the insignia of the order a gold cross oveilaid with red enamel, and surmounted by four smaller ciosses, abutting frcm the sides, and enamelled in the same manner.
