The General Manager read the half-yearly report and balancesheet as follows : — Thirty-third Report op the Directors of the Bank of New Zealand, to the Half-yearly General Meeting of the Proprietors, held at the Banking-house, Auckland, on Thursday, 25th April, 1878.
