Sharp personal altercations took place between several- of the speakers, especially between Mr. Butt and Mr. F. H. O'DpnneU, -M.P. The evening sitting was sjtill, more, boisterous than that kof the morning, and the meeting separated about elev;en.o',clocji without any violence, vvhich is the most tha|t can 'be said.
