Our Canadian brethren have had the courage and zeal to organise in these hard times two pilgrimages to the Prison of Peter, to join in the celebration of the Golden Jubilee of the great Pope Pius IX. The second of these left this port on last Sa.turd.ty, after receiving the benediction of the Cardinal Archbishop They were most hospitably received by their New York brethren, and they left many memories behind them, winning all hearcs during their short stay in the Empire City.
