Dunedin has been fortunate enough to become the residence of Dr. Schwarzbach, a distinguished aurist and occulist, and a pupil of the world-renowned Von Graefe, of Berlin. We observe that Mr. James Martin's Gridiron Hotel ia rapidly approaching completion. The building is spacious, and contains 43 bed-roouis, besides abundanco of other accommodation.
