The ' Cologne Gazette ' concludes an article, " The Russian Eoad to. lndia," by saying :— "If we reckon up all that Russia has obtained already* the final subjection of the whole of Central Asia is only a question of time, and then she will probably have a railway to the Amu-Darya, and use toe road to India."
