Intelligence received from the Philippines announces that a terrible hurricane swept over the provinces of Albay aud Caniarines, in the southern part of the Island of Manilla, on the 30th of Nov. Two hundred and fifty persons are stated to have been killed, and 3,800 inhabited houses, tho crops, and a considerable number of animale were destrowed. Greneralconstor nation prevails in Manilla.
