WHEREAS by deed dated 6th October. 1871, duly registered pursuant to the Patents Act, 1870,' Edward Hogben granted unto us, the undersigned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Province of Otago certain inventions intituled " An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids," and " Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the manufacture of Aerated Beverages and other liquids, also applicable to other purposes," during the residue of the term for which the said Patents 9re granted : And whereas we have reason to suppose that certain persons in the said Province are infringing the said Patents, we therefore offer a REWARD Ois FIFTY POUNDS to any person or persons giving us such information as will lead to a conviction against such offenders.
