The houses, when finished, will be open for purchase by shareholders on deferred payment ; or otherwise, as may be agreed upon. When purchased on deferred payment, the cost of freehold and building will be treated as a loan to the purchaser, to be repaid in a ceitain number of years by weekly or monthly instalments, which will not materially, if at all, exceed the usual rent charged at the present time for a similar class of mse. To secure the co-oper on of those who will most largely take adva >ge of the benefits to be derived from purcl ing houses from the Company, shares will c issued on the Building Societies' plan, to c paid up in full to the ultimate value of 0 per share by monthly subscriptions. r*.
