WHEREAS by deed dated Cth October. 1871, duly registered pursuant to the 1 Patents Act, 1870/ Edward Hogben granted j unto us, the undersigned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Province of Otago certain inventions intituled " An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids," and " Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the mnnufacture of Aerated j Beverages and other liquids, also applicable to other purposes," during the residue of the term for which the said Patents ire granted : And whereas we have reason to suppose that certain persons in the said Province are infringing the said Patents, we therefore offer aREWARD OF FIFTY POUNDS - v to any person or persons giving us such information as will lead to a conviction against such offenders.
