To Aerated Water and Cordial Manufacturers, Engineers, Brass Workers, and Others. _____ t WHEREAS by deed dated 6th October. 1871, duly registered pursuant to the 1 Patents Act, 1870,' Edward Hogben granted unto us, the undersigned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Province of Otago certain inventions intituled "An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids," and " Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the manufacture of Aerated Beverages «nd other liquids, also applicable to other purposes,*' during the residue of the term for -which the said Patents we granted : And whereas we have reason to suppose that oertain persons in the said Province are infringing the said Patents, we therefore offer a REWARD OF FIFTY POUNDS to any person or persons giving us such information as will lead to a, conviction against suoh offenders.
