NEW INSURANCE COMPANY.
As a meeting of a number of mercantile and other gentlemen iii Dunedin a few eveuings ago, it was unanimously agreed to institute a Sire and Marine Insurance Company in Otago, with branches thr©u<»boufc the colony. The capital ia to be £1,000,000 in 100,000 shares of £10 each, of which it is intended to issue 50,000 shares immediately.
