WHEREAS by deed dated 6th October. 1871, duly registered pursuant to the 1 Patents Act, 1870,' Edward Hogben granted unto us, the undersigned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Province of Otago certain inventions intituled "An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids," and " Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the manufacture of Aerated Beverages and other liquids, also applicable to other purposes," during the residue of the term for -which the said Patents are granted : And whereas we have reason to suppose that certain persons in the said Province are infringing the 3aid Patents, -we therefore offer a REWARD OF FIFTY POUNDS ' to any person or persons giving us such information as will lead to a conviction against such offenders.
