Forged Bank-notes (see Police Gazette, 1945, pages 370, 385, and 485) Wellington. —A forged £1 note, No. 6/M505296, was received in the bar of the Star Hotel, Auckland, on 16th ultimo, but it is not known by whom it was tendered.
