Auckland. Robert William Sewell, absent from Army, has been arrested by the Whitianga police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 459.)
Auckland.— John Perry, referred to in Police Gazette, 1935, page 372, and Photographs, 1924, page 79, Committed suicide at Tararu, Thames, on 4th instant.
Auckland. — Hucn Lucien Martyn Buisson, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1943, page 754): On 16th ultimo, the Court of Appeal reduced the total sentences of “5 years’ hard labour ”to “ 3 years’ hard labour.” All copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
Auckland. — Raymond Goync Leeder, failing to maintain, has. been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, .1945, page 523.)
Auckland. — James Roland Vallilley, failing to maintain: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 541.)
Mount Eden. Allen Edward ROSS, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Wellington police. He is identical with Allan Edward Ross, alias Reginald Bidgood. (Sec Police Gazette, 1945, page 474.)
Frankton Junction. Norman Frederick James Clark, . suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Putaruru police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 369.)
Hamilton. Desmond Beattie, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Kihikihi police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 512.) (P. 38/1021.)
Cambridge.— Norman Frederick -James Clark, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Putaruru police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 541.)
Te Awamutu.— Tairua and Nathan Nash, alias Netana Nehe, suspected of shopbreaking, have been interviewed by the Auckland police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 388.)
Gisborne. — Pohokura Turei, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Tikitiki police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 524.)
Palmerston North. — Clifton John Towler, failing to maintain, has. been arrested by the Taranaki Street (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 506.)
Wellington. Arthur Gray, absent from Army, has been arrested by the Warkworth police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 746.)
Wellington.— lVlarie’evc Stephanie?, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Napier police. Her correct name is Olive Constance Bryce. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 824.)
Wellington.— Kifigi Paku, referred to in Police Gazette, 1944, page 497, died at Otaki on 6th instant.
Blenheim.— Alexander Alfred Frederick Douglas, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Wellington police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 544.)
Timaru.— Allan Edward Ross, alias Reginald Bidgocd, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 506.)
Invercargill.— Raymond Glozier, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Invercargill police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 506.)
