Auckland.— Raymond William Hearsey, alias William Raymond Hearsey, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 421.)

Wallace Finlay, convicted of being intoxicated in charge of motor-vehicle (see Police Gazette, 1944, page 604) : On 18th May last the disqualification imposed on him under the Motor-vehicles Act was removed, but his driving of a motor-vehicle is limited to that of a motor-truck in the course of his business.
