He is alleged to have obtained two motor-car wheels and tires, value £3O, from John Lawrence Mead, 41 High Street, Hawera, by falsely stating that he was the owner of a Chevrolet motor-car which was at his father’s place at Te Wanga, and that he wanted the loan of the wheels and tires to enable him to bring his motor-car to Wanganui. He did not return the wheels and tires to complainant, and it is desired that he be interviewed*^? f M>/f
