Devonport. 2lst ultimo, on. naval warrant for deserting from H.M.N.Z.S. “ Philomel,” (Thomas Chambers, age fortysix, height 5 ft. 32> in., seaman, native of New Zealand, H medium build, fair complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, slight scar on left leg. He is identical with Thomas Faulkner Chambers, referred to in Police Gazette, 1939, page 449, and Photographs, page 56. .
