Richmond. —For escaping from the Ngawhatu Mental Hospital on the 20th October last, Henry Silvester, age forty•five, height 6 ft., native of New Zealand, medium build, swarthy complexion, dark hair going bald, dark eyes, good teeth; wearing grey cotton tweed coat and trousers, white and red or black check shirt, black shoes with strap (no hat); stooped ; slouching gait ; untidy appearance.
