The Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942, Amendment No. 2.

Pursuant to the Lighting Restrictions Emergency Regulations 1941, the Dominion Lighting Controller doth hereby make the following Order: — 1. This Order may be cited as the Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942* (hereinafter referred to as u the principal Orders . 2. Order No. 1 of the principal Orders is hereby amended by inserting, after clause 5, the following new clause: “ sa. Every provision of these Orders relating to premises shall bind persons in premises owned or controlled by the Crown, as well as persons in any other premises.” Dated at Wellington, this 10th day of November, 1942.
