" f Auckland.— Donald Angus McLeod, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Bay View police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 519.) Auckland. — Korehimai, alias Franks, in possession of liquor in vicinity of dance-hall, &c., has been served with summonses by the Auckland police. (Sec Police Gazette, 1941, page 573.) Auckland. — Waiter Norman Hogg, negligently driving motor-car, has been served with the summons by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 645.) Auckland. —H. Vincent, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 447.) Huntly.— Poka Hill, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Maungaturoto police. Mervyn Joseph Cooper, alias Doe, default of maintenance: The warrant has been executed by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 805.)

Waitara. Wallace Shing, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 540.)

Dannevirke. — Alexander McNeilage, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette', 1941, page 128.)

Palmerston North. — Harold Alexander Stewart, default of fines and costs, is on service overseas, and the fines and costs have been remitted. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 541.)

Masterton.— Joseph Cooper, alias Mervyn Joseph Doe, default of fines and costs : The warrants have been executed by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 610.)
