Warkworth. —22nd or 23rd September last, from the dwelling of CLARENCE ED WAR I). MATTHEW, Matakana Road, an 8 ct. gold engagement ring, set with a large ruby with a diamond on each side of it at right angles to band; and a brown crocodile purse, 9 in. by 6 in., “ N.M.” in nickel on one side ; total value, £l9 10s. Balmoral. Between August and October last, from the dwelling of HENRY ANTHONY McDONNELL, 118 Shackleton Road, Mount Eden, a -22 calibre single-shot Mossberg rifle, No. 9684, model 25a : value, £4. Identifiable.

Auckland. —13th September last, from a laundry in the Ivaritane Hospital, the property of ALLISON MARGARETK BRIDGE- nurse, a ladies’ gold oblong wristlet watch, white dial, black ribbon wrist band with small gold clasp ; value, £7 15s. Identifiable.

Hamilton. 23rd ultimo, from the Church Hall at Rototuna, the property of MINNIE HELEN CLEMENTS, an

18 ct. gold engagement ring, set with three diamonds in straight box setting with three diamond chips and filigree work on shank at each end of setting ; value, £lB 10s. Identifiable.

Te Kuiti.About the 28th August last, from a creamstand on the road at Aria, the property of JOHN PATRICK RAYMOND CULLEN, soldier, a -303" calibre Martini Enfield rifle, No. 404J*8., 1884 pattern ; value, £l. Identifiable.

Wellington. September last, from a room in the Wakefield Hotel, Cuba Street, the property of .MURIEL. RACHAEL STARK, a five-valve broadcast Ultimate radio set, about 18 in. by 11 in. by 12 in.; value, £l9. Identifiable. Wellington. —During the night of 12th August last from the washhouse at 61 Thompson Street, the property of SYDNEY ST. CLAIR TINGEY, a large blue and grey striped laundry - bag ten white hemstitched fold-in-flap pillow-slips; six white twill single sheets, some stamped “ Tingey ” ; ten white twill double sheets, some stamped “ Tingey ” ; two green and white block roller towels ; three small white hand-towels with coloured borders, one branded “ N.” ; seventeen Damask dinner serviettes; eight green and white linen afternoon serviettes; three large Damask tablecloths, one with rose pattern and two with fleur-de-lis; three kitchen tablecloths—one white, one blue and white block pattern, and one pink; five supper-clothsone white linen with blue and pink embroidery in cross and darn stitch,

one white linen with lace border and insertion, and two white with red and blue borders about in. from edge of hem ; eighteen tray and waggon coverssome green linen, some white linen, and some white with coloured embroidery; and three square dark-pink table covers; total value, £35. Between the Ist and 7th October last, from the dwelling of EVA BRACE, 16 Edge Hill, an 18 ct. gold ring, set with a large diamond in centre and two smaller diamonds on each side of it in claw setting, slight flaw in one diamond ; and an 18 et. gold marquise diamond and emerald ring, small emerald in centre surrounded with a number of small diamonds in claw setting, similar to illustration No. 88 in Police Gazette, 1911, page 6 ; total value, £4O. Papanui. —Between the sth and 18th ultimo, from a garage at 45 Searells Road, the property of ARTHUR JAMES _ WOO PHAM, a -22 calibre single-shot Winchester rifle value £1 ss. Identifiable.
