Wellington. —ROSE MAY GIOVANNI, handbag, &c., stolen. The handbag, cigarette-case, and watch have been recovered by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 171.)
Nelson.— EDWARD PORTIG SIMPSON’S bicycle has been recovered and offender arrested by the Nelson police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 849.)
NeIson.— HERBERT KENNETH NICHOLLS’ rifle has been recovered and offender arrested by the Nelson police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 120.)
Dunedin. —JAMES WALLACE’S bicycle has been recovered by the Timaru police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 226.)
