Auckland. Kihi Mate, inquired for, has been located by the Whakatane police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 42.)

Auckland. — Nalder, Joseph, convicted. The name should read Nadler, Joseph. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 247.)

. Auckland. — Michael James McGrath, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Thames police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 185.)

Auckland. — Charles Waldron, default of maintenance Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 245.)

Auckland.— Pat O’Keefe, alias Patrick John Magloyne; obtaining credit by fraud, has been located by the Whangarei police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 633.)

Auckland. Victor Rangi Noble, failing to maintain, has been arrested bv the Otahuhu police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 117.)'

Huntly.— Raymond Goyno Leeder, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 155.)

Hamilton. — Phylis Gibb, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 734.)

Rotorua. — Thomas Alexander McGregor, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 245.)

New Plymouth. William Victor Gheeseman, alias Vivian George Henry Wirk, default of costs, has been arrested by the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 245.)

Palmerston North. Patrick John O’Keefe, alias Magloyns, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Dargaville police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 210.)

Wellington. Allan Ewart Jones, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 224.)

Wellington.— Edward Benjamin, deserting from His Majesty’s service, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 172.)

Mount Cook (Wellington). Douglas Hubert Nelson Handricks, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Ponsonby police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 41.)

Greymouth. — G. Broughton, false pretences, has been arrested by the Invercargill police. He is identical with Mervyn David Rowe. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 210.)

Christchurch. Victor Trevor Wilkinson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wharf (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 60.)

Dunedin. William Ernest Trott, intoxicated in charge of motor-vehicle: The disqualification imposed on him has been removed as from 23rd March, 1940. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 801.)

Dunedin. James Bathgate, false pretences, has been arrested by the Invercargill police. He is identical with Mervyn David Rowe, referred to in Police Gazette, 1940, page 59, and Photographs, 1931, page 59. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 210.)

Dunedin. Sydney Horace Poole, intoxicated in charge of vehicle: The disqualification imposed upon him has been removed as from 21st March, 1940. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 801.)
