Whangarei. — Malone, false pretences, has been arrested by the Tokomaru Bay police. He is identical with Pierre Kugener. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 833.)
Auckland. — John Joseph Cox, failing to maintain : Warrant cancelled. He is identical with a man of the same name referred to in Police Gazette, 1938, page 536. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 105.)
, Auckland. — John Kerr, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1928, page 127) : He died at Auckland about the 17th instant.
Auckland. — Henry Horatio Brandon, failing to maintain* has been arrested by the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 503.)
Auckland. Eugene Sampson, alias Ernest William Sampson, false pretences, has been interviewed by the Stratford police, and he admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 617.)
Auckland. — Henry Benjamin Jarvis, alias Harry Jarvis, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Remuera police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 643.)
Auckland. — William Charles Warwick, default of fines and costs, has paid the amount to the Wharf (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 659.)
Huntly. — Ernest William Sampson, false pretences, has been arrested by the Stratford police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 573.)
Hamilton. James Edward Conrad, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 519.)
Rotorua. — David Allan Ferry, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Johnsonville police. (See Police Gazette 1938, page 573.)
New Plymouth. Charles Archer Bryant, theft, has been arrested by the Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 355.)
Wanganui. Thomas William Doolan, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He assumed the name Thomas Dolan. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 760.)
Wanganui. Cyril Hector Duncan, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. . (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 629.)
Wellington. Norman Bruce Stewart, inquired for, has been interviewed by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 644.)

Christchurch. Florence Evelyn Hooker, inquired for: No further action is to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 623.)
Christchurch. Thomas Akins, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1938, page 637) : His correct name is John Donald Akins.
Christchurch. Henry Holt Paton, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 270.)
Waimate. Thomas Gull, default of balance of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Waimate police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 480.)
