Auckland. Kenneth Ivan Terrill, convicted of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car (see Police Gazette 1938, page 189). The disqualification imposed on him under the Motor-vehicles Act has been varied in that he may be issued with a license to drive a motor-cycle as from the 2nd instant.
Auckland. — Mclntosh Ogilvie, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, pages 596 and 801.)
Auckland. —John Godfrey McArthur, false pretences, has been interviewed by the Wellington police, and admits the offence. (See Police Gazette,' 1938, page 120.)
Te Aroiia. — Johnson, unlawfully converting motorcar, has been arrested by the Matamata police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 754.)
New Plymouth. —John William Watt, default of maintenance : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)
Eltham. —Matthew Francis Osborne, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 328.)
Hawera. —William Harrison Canning, alias Cannon, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Dannevirke police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 56.)
Waipukurau. —Hugh George Rodney Stair, alias George Stair, alias Goldingham, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Johnsonville police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 847.)
Palmerston North. — Vaughan Sutton, alias Melville, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 106.)
Palmerston North. Robert Clarence Clarke, breach of probation, has been located by the Whakatane police and has reported to a Probation Officer. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 152.)
Wellington. —Claude Chadburn Wells, carnal knowledge, has been arrested by the Blenheim police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 181.)
Wharf (Wellington). —L. Sharpe, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Auckland police. His correct name is Leonard Sharpe. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 164.)
Timaru. —Graeme Newman Dennison, missing, has been located by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 92.)
Dunedin. Claude Glanville, convicted of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car (see Police Gazette, 1937, page 748) : The disqualification imposed on him under the Motor-vehicles Act has been removed as from the 14th ultimo.
Dunedin. —James Henry Bailey, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 182.)
