/ Christqhurch. —A permit to procure or import a firearm is not t</ issued to the person named hereunder without reference to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington : Henry CalverpCleeve, age sixty-four, height 5 ft. 6 in., retired farmer, stout build, native of New Zealand- grey hair going bald.
