Arrears to 14th June last, £7 10s. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 265, and Photographs, 1934, page 26.) rz&9. Auckland. —25th ultimo, that he may be located and interviewed regarding the property described hereunder which was loaned to him by his room mate, Christopher King Olds, 129 Hobson Street, Man (name unknown), age about twenty-nine, height about 5 ft. 11 in., medium build, fair complexion, light-brown hair, straight sharp nose, unhealed wound between right fore and middle fingers; dressed in a brown shabby suit and overcoat or he may be dressed in the suit described below ; slouching gait. Description of property : A brown suit to fit a man about 5 ft. 10J in., brown silk lining, may have “ City Tailors, Sydney ” on tab; a gentlemen’s gold wristlet- with unbreakable glass and leather strap; and a gentlemen’s brown to grey tweed double-breasted overcoat with bluish lining, fit man about 5 ft. 10£ in. : total value, £ll 14s. Identifiable. On the 23rd, 24th, and 25th ultimo the property was loaned to the man described, who was known as “ Chick,” and he disappeared on the latter date without returning the articles.
Auckland. —l6th instant, on warrant for failing to maintain his wife, Elfrieda Margaret Ogilvie, and three children, 13 Domain Road, Mount Albert, William Mclntosh Ogilvie, age forty-four, height 6 ft. 1 in., school-teacher, native of New Zealand, slight build, sallow complexion, black hair turning grey, brown eyes, scar over right eye; dressed in a fawn suit and tan shoes (no hat); quick erect gait* Ho was a school-teacher at Waimauku, and he may be accompanied by Mrs. Roach, the wife of another school-teacher, who has also disappeared./ He may endeavour to leave this Dominion. 2 M 3) Auckland. — Ah Foung, default of fine and costs, has paid £3 into Court, but the amount of £1 15s. is still owing. Auckland. —l7th instant, that he may be located with a view to enforcing the provisions of a maintenance order made against him in New South Wales (Australia), Reginald John Samuel Kill, age fifty-five, height 6 ft. 2 in., native of Ireland, stout build, dark complexion and hair, brown eyes, finger-nails are affected by war wounds ; fond of drink.
Palmerston North. —lst February last, on warrant for assaulting Peter Sorensen, 99 Fitzherbert Avenue, Patrick Bernard Parker, age forty-five, height 5 ft. 7 in., labourer and war pensioner, native of New Zealand, medium build, florid complexion, dark hair, brown eyes, scar on left ear and on left forefinger, speaks slowly; slow gait. He is believed to suffer from a weak heart. He failed to appear m (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 385.) —2oth Jmi ela s'??Siam ft? 0f! s may be served upon him for being found illegally in the staff quarters of the New Club Hotel without intent to commit any ' other offence, Jack Reynolds, age twenty-one, height 5 ft. 6 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, fair hair, blue eyes; may be dressed in a blue suit. At 1.30 a.m. on the 20th June last he was found in the staff quarters of the above-mentioned hotel.
Dunedin. —l7th ultimo, for buggery, Man (name unknown), age about thirty, height about 5 ft. 7 in., medium build, florid, swarthy complexion, dark eyes, hair thought to be dark, rather largo nose, thin features ; dressed in a brown suit, brown felt hat, brown check tweed overcoat, brown sweater, and black shoes. Accused enticed Sidney William Harvey (ago nine years), from George Street to bush off the Town Belt where he committed the offence. He warrant.
