Kaitaia. Dave Curreen, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Rawene police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 435.)

Queen Street Wharf (Auckland).' Albert Robert Plaice, deserting ship, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 339.)

Auckland. Hiram Davis, inquired for : No further action is desired. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 732.)

Auckland. — William Edward Birkett, inquired for, has been located by the Ongarue police, and has paid the amount. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 253.)

Hamilton. Ray Heaacy, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Cambridge police. His correct name is Ray Hearsey. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 328.) ■

Palmerston North. — Frederick Samuel Handley, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 339.)

Palmerston North. Noel Samuel Bethel), default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 158.)

Palmerston North. — Reuben Sheppard, alias Shepherd, default of balance of fine and costs and breach of probation, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 420.)

Wellington. Denis Anthony Joseph Taylor, missing, has been found drowned. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 458.)

Wellington. John Dillon Corrigan, escaping from mental hospital, has been arrested by the Levin police. (See Police Gazette, 1936, page 502.)

Wellington.— Oscar Stephens, failing to maintain : The warrant has been executed by the Ponsonby police. He assumed the name Herbert Holmes. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 560.)

Wharf (Wellington). — Robert John Aitcheson and Jeffrey Francis Evan Turner, suspected of breaking, entering, and theft, have been interviewed by the Wellington police, and admit the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 733.)
