IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section four of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1934-35, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the type or class of motorvehicle specified in the Schedule hereto shall be exempt as from the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, from the operation of the said section four.
