Devonport. —Frederick Barber’s bicycle stolen: No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 763.)

Auckland.— Vivian Ramsay-Smith, failing to maintain: Warrants cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1933, pages 523 and 535.)

Auckland. — Mate Rauroha, alias Collins, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 73.)

Waihi.Allan James Carter, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Paeroa police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 122.)

Hastings. Owen Thomas Herd, false pretences, has been arrested by the Greymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 159.)

Palmerston North. — Fergus Eagle, failing to maintain, died in Balclutha Hospital on 18th May last: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 624.)

Wellington. — Frank Lawrence Clark, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Tinakori Road (Wellington), police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 35.)

Wellington. June De Lacey, alias Enid Hume, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 249.)

Wellington. — Roderick McKay, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 728, and 1934, page 133.)

Wellington. Eric Victor Stephen Brown, default of fine and costs: Warrants executed by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 2.)

Nelson. — Charles J. Jones, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Charles Henry Augustus Jones, referred to in Police Gazette, 1930, page 271. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 766, and 1934, page 35.)

Nelson. Arthur Brown, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Wakefield police. His correct name is Arthur Marrion. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 35.)

Blenheim. — Harold Bernard Webby, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Port Ahuriri police. He had assumed the name Ted Morgan. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 122.)

Christchurch. — John T. O’Shea, false pretences, has been arrested by the Gore police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 109.)

Christchurch. Hector George Thirkell, missing : It has been ascertained by the Wellington police that he is in Melbourne, Australia. He has assumed the name Donald McDonald. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 253.)
