Property stolen from any premises in which explosives were used during the past two years may be found in their possession. The photograph of Burke has been identified by the Palmerston North police as being that of James Gregory Burke, alias, Edward Williams, referred to

in Police Gazette, 1932, page 549 ; and photographs, 1923, page 1. A portion of a finger-print which has been identified as belonging to James Gregory Burke was found on a safe damaged by explosives in the Gaiety Theatre, Napier, on the 4th February, 1934 (see “ Property Stolen,” this issue), but which alone is considered at present insufficient to warrant his arrest on this charge.
