Auckland. — John Mitchell, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Maungaturoto police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 715.)

Auckland. —Frank William Wilson, default of fine and costs : Warrant executed by ..the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 703.)

Auckland. —John Henry Mouat, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1932, page 529.)

Auckland. — Frederick James Dunmore McKain, failing to maintain : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 623, and 1933, page 671.)

Onehunga. — Dawson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 704.)

Waiuku. —Charles Potier, default of maintenance, has paid another portion of arrears. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 281.)

Mercer. —Herbert Southee, alias Bertric Burns, alias Primo Burns, false pretences, has been arrested by the Taihape police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 685.)

Thames. Claude Griffin, theft, has been charged with offence by the Mercer police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 499.)

Morrinsville. —Man (name unknown), suspected of theft from a dwelling and theft of a bicycle, has been charged with offences by the Hamilton police. He is identical with Archibald Andrew Scott. (See Police Gazette, 1933, pages 513 and 617.)

Hamilton. Archibald Andrew Scott, unlawfully using a horse, has been charged with offence by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 685.)

Ngaruawahia. Peter Garibaldi Merlo, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Taupo police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 661.)

Matamata. —Derrick Carr-Rollett’s suits, &c., stolon: Archibald Andrew Scott has been charged with offence by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 603.)

Putaruru. — George Smythe, suspected of theft, has been charged with offence by the Hamilton police. He is identical with Archibald Andrew Scott. (See Police Gazette, 1933, pages 587 and 617.)

Rotorua.— Bregman, alias Sidney Bregman Sneddon, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Port Ahuriri police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 704.)
