The Governor-General’s Winter Relief Fund. Government House, Wellington, 26th September, 1933. Dear Mr. Woiilmann, — I have just read your letter of the 23rd September with which was enclosed the sum of £l9l 12s. 7d., representing the subscriptions of members of the Police Force throughout the Dominion to the fund which I inaugurated for the relief of distress. Needless to say, lam delighted with this magnificent response from the members of the Force, and I should be glad if you would convey to them all an expression of my warm appreciation of, and gratitude for, their generosity. Yours sincerely, BLEDISLOE.
