Regulating the Importation and Exportation of Coined Silver. BLEDISLOE, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of July, 1933. Present: The Right Hon. J. G. Coates presiding in Council. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by sections forty-six and forty-seven of the Customs Act, 1913, as amended by the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf. His Excellency the Governors General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit (a) the importation into New Zealand of coined silver, and ( b ) the exportation from New Zealand of coined silver, save in either case with the consent of the Minister of Customs : Provided that this Order shall not apply to coined silver the importation or exportation of which is not contrary to the provisions of the Coined Silver Regulations, 1931.
