Auckland.— On the 28th September last, the dwelling of WALTER GIBSON FRITH, 20 Kingsview Road, was broken into and the following stolen : A ladies’ gold wristlet-watch, with expanding bracelet; a gold oval brooch, about fin. wide; and 17s. Bd. in money : total value, £9 7s. Identifiable except money.

Auckland. —On the 11th ultimo, the dwelling of FLORENCE THORPE EASTGATE, 81 Great South Road, was broken into and the following stolen : A ladies’ gold hunting pocket-watch, with “ F.T.E.” engraved on it; a ladies’ rolled-gold muff-chain ; and an old brass 1 telescope : total value, £l2. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Man (name unknown), age about twenty-five, height 5 ft. 8 in., slight build, pale complexion, wavy dark hair.

Auckland. —Between the 11th and 17th September last, a hut at Omiha, Waiheke Island, the property of H. J. S. SELLERS, Pukenui Road, Epsom, was broken into and the following stolen : A pair of Army field service binoculars, No. 8 and broad arrow stamped on them, in leather case with velvet lining; and two pairs of white canvas shoes, with yellow crepe soles, sizes 8 and 9 : total value, £8 Bs. Auckland. Between the 12th and 13th ultimo, the dwelling of ANNE KELLY, 99 Rose Road, Ponsonby, was broken into and the following stolen : A 9 ct. gold fetter-link dress-chain, spring-link on one end and a round split-link on the other end; and £6 in money : total value, £ll. Chain only identifiable.

Auckland.— On the 25th September last, the dwelling of HANNAH RITCHIE, 44 Esplanade Road, was broken into and the following stolen : A ladies’ gold Waltham wristletwatch, luminous dial, with black wristlet attached ; a ladies’ engraved silver pocket-watch, “ Henry Touch om ” on dial, repair No. R. 5003; a pair of ladies’ brown suede shoes, size 3 ; a plain pink crepe de Chine frock, small size; a floral voile dress, orange and cream shades : small size; a blue frock, with flesh-coloured georgette in front; a trinket container; several strings of pearls and beads, &c. : total value, £l4. Identifiable.

Auckland. —7th May last, from 165 Victoria Street, the property of ELAINE GORDON BEART, £25 in money. Not identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Thomas Hector Condon, referred to in Police Gazette, 1925, page 718, and Photographs, 1926, page 6. Huntly. Bth ultimo, from the dwelling of THOMAS HALL, miner, Hakanoa Street, an 18 ct. gold wedding ring, on which is mounted an oval sleeve-link; and a 10s. note : total value, £2. Ring only identifiable.

Waitara. Between the 14th and 15th September last, the property of WALTER SING, a Harley Davidson motorcycle (recovered); and an olive-green side-car, with “ Made its way by the way its made ” in gold letters on back : total value, £IOO. Palmerston North. —Between the 6th and 7th ultimo, from the dwelling of ERNEST WILLIAM SIMMONS, 49 Linton Street, a ladies’ gold dress ring, set with an emerald and two diamonds in claw setting; a ladies’ gold cross-over ring, set with an aquamarine and two diamonds ; and a gold flexible bracelet, set with amethysts : total value, £3O 10s. Identifiable.

Petone. — 15th April last, the property of JANET NEILSON, 20 Awamutu Street, Lower Hutt, a Valet safety-razor ; a gentlemen’s rolled-gold watch-chain; a gold medal, with lion on it; a bloodstone badge, with silver fern on it; a square and compass, with skull and crossbones on back ; and an open-face silver watch : total value, £6. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to John William Pye, referred to in Police Gazette, 1932, pages 287 and 582, and Photographs, 1930, page 21. A. True, dated 17/10/32 ; a cheque for £1 15s. Bd., on the Bank of New Zealand, Te Aro, No. 220, issued by F. Cooper, Ltd.', and payable to F.
