INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Brisbane (Australia). —The above is a photograph of William Moss, alias George William Thomas, for whom inquiries are to be made and for whose arrest a warrant has been issued at Brisbane, charging him that at Brisbane, between the 26th July and 2nd August, 1932, he did steal £147 6s. 7d., the property of Casco Glue Manufacturing Co. Description: Age about thirty-eight, height about 5 ft. 11 in., accountant and clerk, native of England, thin build, sallow complexion, brown hair, prominent nose, large ears, long features, thin hands ; usually dressed in a light-grey suit, and wears glasses with tortoise-shell rims ; slow awkward gait, and swings arms; may be accompanied by a woman who has a child about two years of age with her. He is a remittance man, and is said to have been in New Zealand for six years employed at Taihape and Auckland by the C. and A. Odlin Timber and Hardware Co. He may come to this Dominion en route to America, and should he be located an urgent communication is to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington. (P. 32/1212.) / / / mJa Ms*--
