Kaikoiie.— Leonard Edgar Worthington, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 53.)

Devonport.— William Thomas James Robertson, deserting Navy : Warrant cancelled. (Sec Police Gazette, 1931, page 120.)

Auckland. — James McShane, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 77.)

Auckland. — Gerald Lavery, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, pages 205 and 327.)

Auckland. — James Hillgrove, false pretences, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, pages 25 and 77.)

Auckland. John . Henry Gill, default of maintenance Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 105.)

Auckland. — Lin Hing, unlawfully remaining in New Zealand, has been arrested by the Onehunga, police. He assumed the name Wong Chong. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 639.)

Auckland. — McKernan, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 628.)

Auckland. — Walter Frederick Evans, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Kaitaia police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 93.)

Gisborne. —Fred Goldkule, missing, has been located by the Tolaga Bay police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 686.)

Hastings. — Leckie, alias John Leckie, summonses for breaches of the Licensing Act, have been served by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 26.)

Feilding. — Matthew' John Johnston, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Feilding police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 718.)

Foxton. — Robert William Green, missing, has been located by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 65.)

Levin.— William Gordon Whitley, absconding from State institution, has been located. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 96.)

Wellington. —George William Minter’s premises broken into : Gunnar Paulsen has been charged with the offence by the Wellington police. None of the stolen property has been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 99.)
